We are pleased to convey that recent reports are showing that rents in Warwickshire district are set to continue to rise in the coming years.
The National Housing Federation (NHF) says that years of not building enough homes have led to rising rental and house prices across the region.
According to the report – Private rents are set to increase significantly faster than house prices across England. In the Warwickshire district the average annual rent is currently around £7,300 the NHF forecasts it will rise to around £10,700 by 2020.
Here at Crabb Curtis we very much agree with the report and have a long list of applicants waiting to move in before Christmas. Now is still a good time to tell everyone to call me for a Free Market Appraisal of letting a property.
Remember that Crabb Curtis are one of the leading independent Sales & Letting agents in Warwickshire, recommend us to friends and family and we can offer a £25.00 money off voucher towards the cost of your next inventory as a thank you.
